As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll:
- Drive Sales: Use a variety of sales methods (including cold calling, and relationship-building) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Forecast sales, create innovative strategies, and continuously assess their effectiveness to drive growth.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Evaluate customer needs and skills, establishing long-term, productive relationships that ensure repeat business.
- Manage Your Territory: Research accounts, generate leads, and follow through to close deals within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate and Learn: Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed on the latest trends and products.
- Report to Management: Provide regular updates and feedback to management using sales data and financial statistics to help shape future strategies.
- Expand the Client Base: Maintain and grow your client database, ensuring you capture new business opportunities.
- Proven Sales Experience: A strong track record of over-achieving sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in plumbing supply or related industries is a plus, but not required.
- Sales Expertise: Familiarity with a variety of sales techniques and effective pipeline management.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using software tools like Eclipse ERP and other relevant systems.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Self-Motivated: A driven individual who takes initiative, works independently, and thrives under pressure.
- Education/Experience: A BA/BS degree is preferred, or equivalent industry experience is a plus.
