Who is Bond-Pro :

This position is open only to candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. Relocation support is not available.
The Role :
You will support our product suite by translating market demands and clients' needs as they relate to data flows and conversions. Your duties will include gathering, analyzing & defining the requirements to include data sources, data fields, data mappings / transformations.
Duties also to include addressing any relevant problems, performing standard testing, and chaperoning your assigned features throughout data conversion projects.
Requirements :
- 5 years of demonstrable SQL skills.
- Experience working in IT groups within US commercial insurance or financial services industries.
- Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level data conversion / implementation projects.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or other customer-facing position.
- Excellent customer interface skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool to manage requirements in Scrum hybrid process.
