Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, a law firm of 300 attorneys in more than 30 practice and industry groups, is seeking an experienced and innovative Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer to lead our marketing team of seven employees. This position can be in our Albany, Buffalo, Rochester or Syracuse, NY office locations. This role is pivotal in driving our brand strategy, enhancing market presence, continuing a history of excellent client service and achieving our ambitious objectives.

Position Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the firm's overall objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing and business development strategies and tactics.
- Develop and lead business development strategies and efforts utilizing market data and research, working closely with the attorneys in the various practice groups.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Drive brand awareness and positioning through innovative campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and practice groups to ensure alignment and support business goals.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on marketing insights, challenges, and opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
