Job Description:
Essential Functions
Follows all established safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions. To make cores per the work instructions. Comply with all quality requirements. Keep work area clean.
Principal Duties/Tasks
Read schedule and report to assigned task. Read Quality Criteria Limits on the computer for your specific task. Gather materials needed for the assigned task. Make machine settings per the QCL. Operate the machine to make cores. Clean cores Dip cores if needed. Send cores through the oven if needed. Assemble cores if needed. Place cores on the rack or in a basket. Fill out the rack ticket with information needed and place on the container. Clean up as needed. Shovel sand as needed. Fill out required paperwork.

Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.
