About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Director to lead the medical operations of our Clinic. This role requires a strong understanding of veterinary medicine and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
You will partner with your Clinic Manager and report to the Regional Director of Operations to ensure the holistic success of your Clinic. In addition to leadership duties, you will fulfill the responsibilities of an Associate Veterinarian.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Mentor and develop the skills of your team members.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent).
- DEA licensure and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certificate if needed for all states for clinics under supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
