This person will be responsible for working with filter technicians on issues observed in the field and focusing on the improvement of the quality of our products Our ideal candidate will also foster a culture in which all employees are actively engaged in guaranteeing safety and quality.
Safety, and Quality Coordinator
- Hybrid/Full-Time.
- Base starting at 65,000.00 = benefits
- Searching for Qualified & Experienced leader.
- Experienced in Quality Management of QC reports and KPI’s for all Quality audits Company wide. Excellent Mastered skills in Excel/MS/ 3rd party platforms/Quality Platforms.
- Working experience as Safety Technician/Coordinator in Manufacturing setting.
- Experience in managing 3rd Party Safety vetting platforms such as Avetta, ISN Networld, Appruv for Industrial Customers.
Qualified candidates will:
- Over-see safety, training Coordination, and management 2 days a week in person at our Freeland Station Manufacturing and Warehousing Facility in Nashville
- 2 - 3 days a week in our Corporate office in Nashville Managing and developing all KPI for quality, safety, analysis, and reporting for BFC Solutions.
- Candidate may possibly work hybrid from home office on occasion up to 1 day a week. Occasional travel may be required but would be very infrequent.
- Managing 3rd Party platforms for all industrial customers.
- Interacting regularly with Safety, Training, Quality Safety Inspectors, Regional Service Mangers, Regional Operations Managers, Sales Team, Customers and Executive Stakeholders regarding vital Quality & Safety KPI’s through generated reports that are developed, produced, and shared throughout the Organization and our internal Daily Operations Report platform.
