Hiring immediately- Regional Service Manager (RSM) The new hire must reside in the Denver, Colorado area and must also be comfortable traveling. Knowledge of the area is highly desired.

We are dedicated to hiring outstanding and dedicated leaders who share our passion for serving customers and leading a motivated service team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service. The RSM will provide technical support and leadership to between twelve and fifteen Filter Technicians in and around the St. Louis, Missouri, Kansas City, Missouri and Bentonville, Arkansas areas. This position requires remote and in the field management / training experience. The RSM will be traveling throughout the regions as needed.
Job Responsibilities :
- Learn all relevant programs / software to perform daily work functions (ADP Workforce, CRM,ARI,Queries, Dashboards etc).
- Review routing plans weekly.
- Review and approve time sheets / expenses.
- Monitor overtime.
- Train new hires
- Spearhead service delivery of new projects / customers to thoroughly understand every customer’s needs.
- Perform Safety / Quality audits on every technician.
- Develop and foster safe work practices. Discuss safety regularly with team.
- Plan and run daily huddle calls
- Implement expectations of all subordinates and review performance daily, (revenue, miles, IVR compliance etc.) with the expectation of constant improvement in our weak areas.
- Manage and balance their labor spend / efficiency.
- Develop a positive team environment where team members feel excited to be a part of.
- Answer all phone calls and return all email correspondence in a timely manner.
- Work alongside technicians on their routes to build rapport and identify their strong / weak points.
- Support internal staff, service technicians, customers, and sales staff with technical questions.
- Perform all management responsibilities like hiring, interviewing, mentoring, training, and developing service technicians.
- Address and mediate complaints and resolve problems on the site / local level.
