Job Responsibilities
This position primarily involves working as an Order Processing Specialist, including reviewing orders and adjusting warehouse allocations to ensure the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Implement Warehouse SOPs: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to warehouse management to ensure efficient and organized operations.
- Daily Inventory Management: Handle the inspection, storage, stacking, safekeeping, inventory counting, and reconciliation of daily materials in the warehouse.
- Picking and Dispatching: Perform order picking, order verification, loading, and shipment tasks to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic warehouse environment.
- Document Management: Safeguard and archive relevant documentation to ensure data security and traceability.
- Data Processing: Oversee warehouse data statistics, archiving, accounting, and system data entry with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks assigned by the department supervisor and adapt to ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
Additional Notes
- This role does not require forklift operation or the use of machinery.
- The primary focus of the work is system-based operations to ensure seamless coordination with other warehouse functions.
Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or above, with preference for candidates majoring in logistics or warehouse management.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in related fields.
- Professional Skills:
- Familiar with warehouse inbound and outbound processes, with solid knowledge and skills in inventory management.
- Candidates with experience in using eCcang system will be given preference.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in computer office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Experience with SAP system is a plus.
- Work Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of teamwork and efficient execution.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Schedule may vary based on actual needs.)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
