Job Description : As a Marketing & Digital Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Bondeye Jewelry’s online presence, creating innovative content, and driving digital marketing efforts. You will manage campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok (or future new platform), Facebook, and Pinterest while maintaining our brand’s luxury identity. From strategizing product launches to planning exclusive events, your work will directly contribute to the growth and recognition of Bondeye Jewelry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research & Analysis : Identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning in the luxury jewelry space. Analyze data to inform digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Content Creation : Ideate and produce innovative, visually stunning content (photos, videos, reels) for social media and marketing campaigns. Drive engagement across Instagram, TikTok (or new future platform), Facebook, and Pinterest while maintaining brand integrity. Specifically looking for someone thinking outside the box and across all social platforms.
- Digital Marketing : Execute campaigns across email, SEO, and Meta Ads. Manage Shopify for product launches and promotions, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.
- Social Media Management : Scale and grow the brand’s presence across all platforms with creative strategies, including live shopping, Instagram Lives, Facebook presence, TikTok (or future platform), videos, reels, and styling content.
- CRM & Analytics : Leverage CRM tools to segment clients and tailor campaigns. Provide insights through reports on marketing performance, campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Public Relations : Support PR efforts, including celebrity / stylist requests, press coverage, and tracking inventory for these channels.
- Wholesale Support : Develop promotional materials for external clients, such as product catalogs and co-marketing campaigns.
- Event Coordination : Plan and execute and attend brand events, product launches, trunk shows, and VIP collaborations to engage customers and drive sales.

Qualifications :
Experience : 1-2 years in luxury marketing or related fields (preferred within the jewelry industry).
Brand Knowledge : Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and ability to uphold and enhance brand image.
Digital Proficiency : Proficient in digital marketing - experience with social media management (Instagram, TikTok (or future new platform), Facebook), email marketing, SEO, and CRM systems.
