Bondhus Corporation, a worldwide leader in the hand tool industry, is seeking an Assembler to work at the Monticello, MN facility.

As a member of the team, you can expect:

· ABOVE AVERAGE PAY! – Starting from $15.75/hour, more depending on experience

· Flexible work schedule – this position requires between 24-29 hours of work per week, on either a 4 or 5 day schedule with daytime hours that fit your life

· Work independently – you will work at an individual work station assembling & packaging hand tools, you can sit or stand & you are welcome to listen to music from your phone (must provide your own earbuds or similar device)

Job details include:

· Create & complete jobs based on demand including tracking job orders & labor for finished parts

· Hand assemble, package, & stock tools; reject parts not meeting quality standards

· Create finished products by selecting & filling containers, affixing labels, inserting cards, & boxing & labeling goods

· Utilize computer to print job information & report completed quantities

· Maintain thorough safety & housekeeping standards

· Follow all safety procedures per OSHA & company standards

· Maintain positive, professional relationships & communications with coworkers

Requirements:

· No experience required, will train the right person

· Bending, standing, & lifting up to 50 pounds

· Able to do repetitive work with good manual dexterity

· Good communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Team player

· Must pass a criminal background check & a non-marijuana drug screen

**Shift options: Flexible part-time hours available; max of 29 hours/week**

Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is $15.53 - $20.19. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
