Bondi Sushi is in need of a Restaurant Supervisor
Compensation: $20/hour (based on experience) tips
Requirements: 2 years of experience Supervisory experience (Sushi/Japanese Restaurant preferred) comfortable performing table service duties Food Handlers License preferred
Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily restaurant service/take out duties
- Work with kitchen & floor staff closely
- Coordinating and optimizing FOH and BOH restaurant operations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure that all equipment and procedures are up to code
- Monitor inventory
- Solve customer complaints
- Fostering positive customer relations
- Establishing and maintaining policies and protocols-
