What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Appointment Setter (Door to Door), you’ll be a crucial part of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners and business owners, and setting appointments to perform free roof inspections. You’ll have the opportunity to help potential clients by introducing them to our top-notch roofing services and building relationships that lead to future business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the community: Knock on doors and introduce yourself to homeowners and business owners in your assigned areas. You’ll be the face of Bondoc Roofing, representing our services and helping educate clients about the importance of quality roofing.
- Set Appointments: Your main goal is to set appointments by effectively communicating the value of a roof inspection, addressing client needs, and scheduling appointments.
- Build Relationships: Whether it’s a new lead or a follow-up, you’ll build rapport and trust with clients. Your ability to engage people and understand their concerns is key to setting successful appointments.
- Achieve Goals: Meet daily and weekly targets for setting appointments while maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Learn the ropes: Familiarize yourself with roofing terminology and services so you can answer basic client questions and provide them with accurate information.

Compensation:
- First-Year Earnings: $55,000 - $80,000 (Base Commission)
- Second-Year Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000 (with unlimited earning potential)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10 am – 7 pm
- Some Saturdays per month: 9 am – 3 pm
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required.
