What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at Bondoc Roofing?
We’re looking for Estimators to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is sales-driven, customer-focused, and ready to make a real impact on our sales process and client relationships.
Location: San Antonio, TX (Option to go remote after 6 months)
Salary: $20/hr Commission
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (Training: Monday to Friday)
Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Master Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to better serve customers.
- Data Entry & CRM Management: Enter scorecard data and log sales calls and appointment debriefs in our CRM system.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Surpass personal sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Pipeline Optimization: Identify and seize sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with Roof Advisors: Assist with estimating and sketching via RoofSnap, and support Roof Advisors with project details.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are met.
- Insurance Claims Management: Communicate with insurance companies and help negotiate supplementing claims.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Meet weekly with the sales team to review progress and pipeline.
- Financing & Payments: Collect initial payments and discuss financing options with clients.
- Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with DocuSign, clerical tasks, and ensure smooth handoffs to the production team.
- Tracking Metrics: Maintain closing ratios and RPA data to assess company performance and help forecast future business.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Sales Experience: 2 years of proven success in sales.
- Clear Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience with CRM tools.
- Construction Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the construction industry, specifically roofing, is a plus.
- Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
