Job Type: Full-time & In Person
Pay: $1,000.00 per week (Training Pay)

What you'll do:
- Build Strong Relationships: Connect with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions. This will involve direct interaction with homeowners and business owners through canvassing and door-to-door visits.
- Become a Roofing Expert: Learn the ins and outs of roofing and exterior services, becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.
- Close Deals with Confidence: Master the art of sales, closing deals that benefit both you and our company. You will be responsible for converting leads generated through canvassing and door-to-door efforts.

Qualifications:
- 1 Year Customer Service Experience
- Competitive attitude and winning attitude. Must want to be #1

- Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues

- Tech-savvy - can easily navigate through computer and phone applications

- Basic construction and math knowledge
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check with no felonies
- Ability to pass periodic drug tests
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk on roofs, and perform typical construction tasks outside in a variety of weather conditions
