Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field (preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with minimum 3-5 years of experience developing and deploying policies and processes in a food manufacturing environment
- Direct experience working with SQF auditors, third-party auditors, and/or regulatory agencies
- Data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving skills are preferred
