The base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 up to $250,000 annually. Actual pay is based on several factors, including relevant skills, experience, and job-related expertise. Depending on the position, target bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits

Position Summary:
The Vice President, Supply Chain & Integrated Business Planning will play a critical role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for Bonduelle Fresh Americas’ supply chain. This leader will provide cutting-edge functional expertise to meet customer service expectations while driving business growth, profitability, and efficient working capital management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the development of a comprehensive business planning process that integrates manufacturing, supply, commercial forecasts, and demand planning.
- Maximize order-fill rates and sales opportunities to support rapid growth while optimizing inventory and working capital efficiency.
- Align diverse stakeholder perspectives and multiple data sources to create a unified executive view for strategic decision-making.
- Select and implement a business planning tool/system and define the structure and approach for S&OP processes.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of sell-through data, building a platform for collaborative planning with channel partners and suppliers.
- Drive internal alignment by securing input and buy-in from key stakeholders, including customers, to enhance overall business performance.
- Act as an integral leader in executing the company’s strategic direction, driving synergies across the value chain “from farm to customer” to maximize shareholder value.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders across Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Engineering, and Finance, ensuring alignment and a true seat at the table in decision making.
- During the first year, the VP, Integrated Business Planning will be expected to accomplish the following:
- Establish a strong presence in the company as an enterprise leader and a strong contributor on the executive leadership team.
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the improvement and enhancement of the Supply Chain function and be on the track of executing and implementing that vision.
- Create a culture of collaboration across all functions driving efficiencies and productivity across the spectrum of corporate functions breaking down silos.
- Develop and implement a strong planning capability. Help shift the culture from “volume driven to profit driven”.
- Specific targets include but are not limited to - Significantly reducing waste; improve and enhance customer service; improve cost per case metrics; improve transportation and freight costs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and passionate executive with 12 years of professional experience and a proven track record of implementing innovative and integrated strategic supply chain solutions in a global organization with diverse customer and product channels. Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)—particularly perishables—is a plus.
- An undergraduate degree is required ideally in a technical field (e.g. supply chain, operations, engineering); an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in S&OP, including successful implementation and/or transformation at a business of scale.
- Experience with supply chain planning tools, including demand planning, supply planning, supply chain scenario planning, and S&OP management.
- Strong leadership skills with a positive, collaborative, and affable management style.
- Proven change management expertise, with the ability to influence and drive transformation.
- International experience in supply chain operations.
- A compelling mix of analytical acumen, commercial savvy, and cross-functional engagement skills.
