Position Summary :
The Administrative Assistant will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented in order to provide administrative support to our in-house legal team and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and some exposure to legal processes, contracts, and compliance.
What will you be doing :
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist with day-to-day office tasks for the legal and executive teams.
Support legal document preparation, contract review processes, and compliance tracking.
Maintain legal files, corporate records, and compliance documentation.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, external legal counsel, and regulatory agencies.
Handle sensitive legal and business information with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations for legal and executive leadership.
Identify and recommend efficiency improvements for legal and administrative operations.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role, with some exposure to legal functions (corporate law, contracts, compliance, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with legal terminology, contracts, and compliance processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
