**Bondurant-Farrar CSD currently has two .5 FTE BSIL openings (JH and HS); the two .5 FTE openings could potentially be combined to one 1.0 FTE position.
Hiring Specifications
- Meets licensure requirements established by the Board of Educational Examiners
- Master’s degree in relevant academic discipline preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated expertise in content, curriculum development, student learning, data analysis, mentoring and professional development, as evidenced by an advanced degree, training and/or career experience
- Student data illustrating the teacher’s ability to increase student achievement through utilizing speci?c instructional strategies and interventions
- Instructional expertise demonstrated through model teaching and student achievement gains
- Excellent communication skills and an understanding of how to facilitate growth in adult learners
- The 2025-26 Salary Schedule will be available soon!
- Minimum salary of $50,000; additional money for experience and educational hours
