Masonry Apprentice

Primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
\n- Mixing and making mortar
- Installing chase lids
- Tuck pointing
- Brick replacements
- Minor roof and flashing repairs
- Comprehending the basics of installing masonry work
- Communicate with customer during project via text strings
- Perform walk through with customer and collect payment as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Pass Background Check
- Daily travel in the home market
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 100 lbs.
- Industry experience not necessary- WE WILL TRAIN
- Safety Awareness: Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and procedures, with the ability to work at heights, follow safety protocols, and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual tasks, lift heavy equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions, while maintaining high levels of energy and endurance throughout the workday.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to maintenance tasks, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in inspections, repairs, and documentation to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction.

- Will be required to use all types of ladders.
- Will be required to get on all types roofs to inspect the area.
- Required to use Bone Dry's sales system, if applicable.
