The Sales Representatives primary responsibility is to represent G&W Roofing, part of the Bone Dry Roofing family, with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality and integrity while providing our customers respect, honesty and the highest level of customer service. Offering solutions for new roofing, gutters, and repairs from hot leads provided by Bone Dry.
\n- Access attics during the roof inspection process.
- Get on roofs to evaluate issues
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and new customers.
- Manage G&W appointments with professionalism and punctuality.
- Follow G&W sales process for Roof Replacement and Repair appointments, while gaining a clear understanding of customers need and requirements.
- Provide customers written proposal at the time of initial appointment or schedule 2nd meeting to present proposal in person if one cannot be provided during initial visit.
- Identify any additional work recommended such as gutters and or insulation.
- Manage customer pipeline via use of customer management software.
- Finalize all customer color selections for items such as shingles, edge metals, gutters and flashings.
- Place G&W Roofing sign in customer’s yard, PRIOR to production beginning.
- Be available to the customer service team, repairmen, and production managers for questions relating to individual jobs during production.
- Visit job sites during production to assist ensuring customer satisfaction and 'Peace of Mind" throughout the job process.
- Follow all G&W safety precautions as described in the Bone Dry Safety manual when on job sites.
- Sales person is responsible for the negotiation of insurance claims.
- Sales person shall receive Loss Summary Report from customer and attend insurance adjuster meetings with homeowner.
- Ability to generate self leads.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladders to access attics and get on roofs.
- Must be able to utilize software applications necessary for performing duties and responsibilities of the job.
- Must have a good degree of computer skills.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Conversation skills. Not 'sales pitch' ability.
- High School Diploma
- Valid drivers license
- Good driving record
- Customer facing experience
- Military service a plus
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Full Commission after 4 to 8 weeks of training pay ( $692 weekly)

Salary : $65,000 - $120,000
