As a Sales Representative for our Repairs Division , you'll play a vital role in expanding our customer base and nurturing connections within our roofing family.
With a personal touch and a genuine desire to help, you'll connect with customers, property managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.

You will be introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, where you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed, and that includes your leads.
We are seeking authentic individuals to help "Bring Peace of Mind" to our customers around the Indianapolis area. This position will be located fulltime onsite in our Greenwood, Indiana office .
Duties and Responsibilities
- Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
- Run appointments daily.
- Provide estimates for customers during the appointment.
- Follow up with past customers.
- Keep in contact with current customers.
- Work alongside the production team to ensure they are able to complete projects you have sold.
- Safely access ladders according to Bone Dry's best practices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Daily travel in the home market
- Industry experience preferred but not required - we will train !
- Military service is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- Base plus commissions. Earnings potential $65K annually
