As a Sales Representative for our Roofing Division, you'll play a vital role in expanding our customer base and nurturing connections within our roofing family. Your primary responsibility would be to represent RCV Roofing with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service. This position is responsible for daily appointments and inspections, and providing clients with detailed estimates. This is to include but not limited to sales, follow-ups, customer financing, customer care, customer service, and safety.

Responsibilities
- Climb ladders and on roofs.
- Survey and diagnose residential and/or commercial properties in all services offered- Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Attic Insulation, Soffit and Fascia .
- Client and Adjuster meetings .
- Measure, calculate and estimate products/services to be rendered.
- Follow up calls to answer any questions about estimates sent.
- Finance applications for clients with budget constraints .
- Closing meetings to obtain signed contracts to submit to office staff.
- Knowledgeable about product options and warranty options.
- Basic knowledge of installation/application of all services offered.
- Diplomatically resolve conflicts and protect the RCV brand and team.
- Represent RCV at various trade, community, and charitable events.
- Responsive and professional communication to clients and co-workers.
- Make each job a success by achieving customer satisfaction and earning their recommendation.
- Adhere to RCV Safety procedures and guidelines.
- High School or Equivalent
- Good Driving Record with Valid Driver's License
- Ability to use all types of ladders
- Ability to get on all types of roofs
- Ability to properly diagnose roofing, siding and gutter issues
- Interpretation of construction issues and ability to provide solutions
- Must possess the ability to positively and professionally interact with co-workers, the general public, contractors, and RCV clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and attire
- First-rate time management, organization, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to exercise initiative and a considerable amount of independent judgment and dependability
- Must be tech savvy
- Compensation of $37k - $52k/annually, with potential to earn commission
