Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to focus on sales KPIs and customer building. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining administrative processes, supporting sales efforts, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the sales team with real-time data insights and reports.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to implement customer engagement strategies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with problem resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a sales focus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.95 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
