Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM and Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, generating high-quality leads, and ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM tools, lead generation, and sales accountability, with a focus on driving revenue growth through strategic processes and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, implement, and maintain the company's CRM system to streamline lead tracking, customer relationships, and sales processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency within the CRM.
- Integrate the CRM system with other sales and marketing tools for seamless data flow and reporting.
- Conduct regular training and support for the sales team on best practices for using the CRM effectively.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads, including email campaigns, cold calling, social media outreach, and other methods.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize sales leads using data-driven insights and CRM analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts and refine targeting strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team against established targets and KPIs.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Implement and enforce sales processes, ensuring the team adheres to CRM usage, lead follow-up protocols, and reporting.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to review progress, identify roadblocks, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Create and present regular performance reports for leadership, highlighting wins, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Utilize CRM analytics to generate reports on sales pipeline, lead conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership and the sales team to optimize sales strategies and performance.
- Continuously evaluate the sales process for efficiency improvements and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CRM management (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales operations.
- Strong background in lead generation and pipeline management.
- Excellent understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or experience in related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
