Bonefish Systems is seeking a full-time ENTRY-level Business Development Account Representative to support growth efforts. Looking for a client-facing and process-oriented graduate, who is ready to jump into the professional world. This role is in charge of creating strategies to identify new business and client opportunities, ensuring sales growth and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Account Representative role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Client Services. The following responsibilities are defined but not limited to:
Marketing and Sales
· Develop network of contacts to attract new clients
· Cold call prospects to book demos (commission opportunities)
· Research new market opportunities
· Attend events such as tradeshows and conferences
· Build and run marketing campaigns
· Production and maintenance of marketing materials
· Speak in front of prospects and current customers on hot topics
Products (The Complete AP Monitoring Solution, Workplace Training, Future Products)
· Product research, development and design
· System testing
· Direct liaison with IT resources
· Primary troubleshooter and escalation initiator
Customer Relations
· Monitor customers contract status and system usage
· Schedule, maintain and run webinars
· Train customers on site or via webinar
· Attend occasional customer or partner visits
Applicant Requirements
· Bachelor degree
· Drive to seek new business
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
· Self-motivated
· Strong verbal and written communication
