We’re seeking an onsite Social Media Content Creator who will be responsible for:
Developing, producing, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with expertise in digital storytelling, audience engagement, and social media analytics. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in photography, videography, and editing, with a strong understanding of brand voice, digital marketing strategies, and performance tracking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) tailored for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube Shorts.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with our online community to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, viral content, and emerging social media best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
o Monitor and analyze key social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.) to assess content effectiveness.
o Utilize tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party social media analytics platforms to generate reports.
o Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy, improve engagement, and increase brand awareness.
o Conduct A/B testing on content formats, posting times, and messaging to refine social media performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
o Proven Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
o Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
o Creative Storytelling: Ability to develop engaging narratives and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s identity.
o Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content optimization, and audience engagement strategies.
o Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in tracking and interpreting social media performance metrics to inform content strategies.
o Passion for Coffee: A genuine enthusiasm for coffee and the culture surrounding it.
o Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
