Bongards' Creameries is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Perham, MN. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate shipments in our shipping office.
This position involves working with both Cheese and Whey shipments, verifying and maintaining records of all assigned incoming and outgoing freight. The coordinator will also be responsible for communicating with warehouse teams to assign dock tasks, directing drivers to the correct docks, and providing loading/unloading instructions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent arithmetic and reading skills, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. They should be able to learn our system quickly and possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines, work independently, and demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
Our shipping office hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend or holiday hours may be required.
We offer a competitive hourly rate between $20.00 and $22.00, depending on experience.
