Job Summary:
Bongards’ Creameries is seeking two qualified people to be AMF Operators based out of our Perham facility. These people will be responsible for operating several pieces of production equipment in our Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF) process. The ideal candidates will have the ability to work independently and have experience operating production equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Bongards' is looking for an AMF operators at our Perham, MN facility. Bongards' offers excellent pay and a positive work environment. Starting pay is $25.26 per hour, top pay is $26.78 after 1 year. The AMF operator will also be eligible for a Technical Increase of $.71 when fully trained.
Job Description:
The AMF operator will operate, package, and CIP the equipment associated with the AMF process.
Operate and CIP: 1 HTST, 3 separators, 1 Homogenizer, and 1 Vacuum Dryer.
The AMF operator will also construct and fill totes with the AMF product and handle the byproducts.
The operator will operate a forklift to put finished totes into storage.
The operator will ensure prior to production that all necessary hookups are made and again after the start of production ensure that product is going to the intended destination.
During times that the AMF process is not running the operator will perform other duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
The job requires the ability to be able to lift 50# frequently. Must be able to frequently stoop, crouch, twist, and turn. Work environment is a noisy production area with exposure to chemicals and cleaning solutions.

• Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
Schedule:
Shifts will be 10-12 hours
Target hours for the position will mainly be:
Monday through Friday, but Sundays will at times be needed for production.
One position will start at 6 AM and the other position will start at 9 AM.
