Our Bonham Pizza LLC store is seeking a motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers receive correct and complete orders within service time goals
- Prepare and ensure all colleagues prepare consistent, high-quality products served to customers
- Achieve standards for a clean and organized restaurant
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate colleagues
- Develop a productive team by providing direction and supervision through effective communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills
- Accurately complete all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period-end activities as directed by the Area Supervisor or Market Director
- Schedule, food order, and product projections accurately and maintain restaurant equipment
- Implement shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions resulting in increased sales

Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
- Experience with Profit and Loss Statements
- Ability to control and utilize equipment safely and correctly
- Basic math skills
