Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a solid understanding of food management. This role requires the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain optimal service levels.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize Aloha POS for efficient order processing and inventory management.
• Develop and implement budgets, monitoring expenses to maximize profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food management practices and food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant setting.
• Ability to lead by example, motivating staff to achieve high standards of performance.
• Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
