DENTAL PRACTICE LEADER WANTED!

Our rapidly growing dental practice support organization is looking for a motivated, energetic practice support manager to drive the growth of our three locations in the South Coast area of MA. This position offers wide-open career potential and a supportive, ambitious central service team. The available position is for a full-time practice support manager. REQUIRED - At least 1 year of prior dental office management experience, or at least 3 years of prior dental industry administrative experience.

Key job responsibilities:

Empower on-site practice teams:

  • Motivate and educate
  • Deliver the tools and resources provided by the central service organization
  • Provide training to on-site dental teams
  • Manage basic staff concerns / issues with support of central organization management
  • Conduct regular team and one-on-one practice staff meetings

Practice performance oversight and support:

  • Audit performance metrics and reports
  • Analyze results to establish new performance goals and initiatives
  • Communicate results, goals and initiative to staff
  • Conduct centralized administrative functions

Provide practice services:

  • Human resource services - Support payroll, manage practice employee documentation, etc
  • Practice compliance auditing and maintenance
  • Other clerical functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
