We are currently seeking a dedicated Interior Service Department Helper and Foreman Helper team member to support our interior construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive environment while assisting in the successful execution of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Support for Foreman and Team
- Assist the Interior Foreman in day-to-day activities, including material handling and preparation
- Follow directions from the Foreman to ensure the smooth operation of interior construction tasks
Site Preparation and Maintenance
Prepare work areas by organizing materials, tools, and equipment needed for construction activitiesEnsure the worksite remains clean, organized, and safe throughout the projectConstruction Assistance
Help with installation and assembly of interior construction components, such as drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustical ceilingsSupport the team in addressing on-site issues, ensuring tasks are completed on scheduleService Department Tasks
Respond to service calls for maintenance or repairs related to completed construction projectsConduct troubleshooting and minor repairs on interior systems, such as drywall patches, ceiling tile replacements, and framing adjustmentsMaintain a high standard of customer service while addressing client concerns during service visitsAfter-Hours Work
Be available for after-hours work, including emergency service calls and projects that require work outside of normal business hoursEnsure prompt and professional responses to time-sensitive tasksSafety Compliance
Follow all company safety protocols and adhere to relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environmentReport any safety concerns or equipment issues to the Foreman promptlyQualifications - Bonitz of Georgia is a certified drug-free workplace
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screeningExperience in construction or related fields is preferred but not requiredAbility to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environmentStrong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take on new challengesBasic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plusCommitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredCompensation and Benefits
