With active chapters in New York, Seattle, Canada, Europe and beyond, we organize intimate gatherings, large-scale conferences, and mentorship programs that help our members thrive both personally and professionally.


Position Overview:

Bonjour Girls is seeking a proactive, organized, and mission-driven Grants & Corporate Partnerships Intern to support our efforts in securing funding and building meaningful collaborations with corporate sponsors. This role is ideal for someone passionate about women’s empowerment and eager to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit development, fundraising strategy, and corporate relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

• Grants & Funding Support: Research grant opportunities, track deadlines, and assist in writing and editing compelling grant applications and funding reports.

• Corporate Sponsorship Outreach: Assist in developing sponsorship decks and proposals. Help identify and reach out to prospective sponsors, and support ongoing communication with existing partners.

• Relationship Management: Maintain records of outreach, partner interactions, and funding cycles. Support timely follow-ups and ensure sponsor recognition across our events and platforms.

• Event Collaboration: Coordinate sponsor deliverables and benefits (e.g., branding, speaking opportunities) during key events and programs.

• Administrative Support: Help with scheduling partner meetings, preparing briefing documents, and tracking outreach performance.


Qualifications:

• Interest in nonprofit development, marketing, business partnerships, or women’s empowerment.

• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets); CRM tools or Notion is a plus.

• Experience with grant writing, sponsorships, or fundraising is a strong bonus.

• Knowledge of Asian culture is a plus.
