JOB TITLE: Operator Level 2 (FWN)
REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain
SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Week 1 – Sunday through Tuesday
Week 2 – Sunday through Wednesday
6 pm – 6 am

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Anodic team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Anodize aluminum extrusions per documented customer specifications.
- Be able to read instructions for each order and know how to process to specifications.
- Assist in keeping tank concentrations in range according to instructions from Supervisors, Line leaders, and Lab Technicians.
- Check each load visually when moving through the process to be sure parts are securely racked and will make it through the anodizing line.
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Line Leaders, and co-workers.
- Keep work area clean and safe.
- Wear the required PPE.
- Inform Supervisor of any quality or equipment or safety concerns.
- Work without supervision at a good pace.
- Have an acute awareness of conditions and hazards associated with the job.
- Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor (Please note: These duties may require temporary transfer to another department).
- Certified racking, Unracking, Packing REC Solar & ADEC Anodic value stream.
- Supervise others teaching how to read travelers, QG standards, how to key in hoods going up and coming down.
- Has some knowledge of other value streams and overall product flow.
- Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
- Attention to detail and accurately process the order according to customer specifications.
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Able to work overtime, as needed
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
