SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Week 1: Monday – Wednesday
Week 2: Monday – Thursday
6 pm – 6 am

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Bonnell Aluminum is North America’s premier manufacturer of custom aluminum extrusions. We manufacture mill finish, anodized, painted and thermally broken aluminum extrusions. Our press size ranges from 1,550 to 5,500-tons.
We produce large diameter extrusions requiring high-quality surface finish up to 16 inches in circle size. Fabricators and distributors use our extruded profiles in various applications: curtain walls, storefronts, light to heavy commercial and institutional windows, walkway covers, interior architectural products, photovoltaic panels, solar collectors, heat sinks for L.E.D. lighting, shower enclosures, hurricane protection products, automotive, light trucks, recreational vehicles, and industrial machinery.
We are headquartered in Newnan, Georgia. We have manufacturing operations in Newnan, Georgia; Carthage, Tennessee; Niles, Michigan; Clearfield, Utah; and Elkhart, Indiana.

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Precision Parts team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Mentoring entry level operators
- Understands and performs daily standardized work
- Fabricate material to specified instructions using specified measuring tools: tape measure, steel ruler, venire/dial calipers, protractors, etc.
- Capable of operating various types of machinery including, but not limited to:
- Brake
- Drill Presses
- Small and Large Mill
- CTL
- CTD Punch
- Miter Cut Saw
- I.D, using 7.0-to-7.5-ton presses, etc.
- Move material to and from workstations
- Maintain all specified tolerances per instructions
- Work with little supervision, making most decisions regarding the quality of the materials
- Read and understand “M” drawings
- Knowledge of the ‘5S’ program
- Identify quality grade levels and exposed surfaces
- Able to use all types of hand tools, measuring devices, etc.
- Good hand eye coordination
- Ability to lift, push, and pull material weighing up to 100 pounds
- Ability to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers)
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Must be team oriented
- Maintain excellent attendance, productivity, and quality
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Must be able to pass company background check and drug screen
