Status: OccasionalShifts: Variable The Intensive Care Unit is a department that has the capacity for six patients and has an average census of three to four patients daily. The amazing staff care for a variety of patients including those with cardiac, respiratory, surgical and other medical issues. The staff in the ICU are fun, friendly and have a wide range of skills and work experience. Our interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, pharmacists and ancillary departments strive to provide excellence in quality compassionate care with a high degree of professionalism, knowledge and skill. Patient care is lead by a Hospitalist who is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This department is looking for critical thinkers who can provide a compassionate and caring environment for our patients, as well as, recognize problems that may arise during the patient's stay to effectively implement solutions for the best possible outcome. If you have strong technical skills, a great sense of teamwork and collaboration, this position is for you, come join our ICU. Education:Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Experience:Recent experience in an RN capacity.
Licensure/Certification:Current Idaho State RN license (Compact state accepted) BLS, ACLS/PALS/NIHSS and Procedural Sedation required within 6 months of hire
