During that time, we have specialized in hospitality, multi-unit, industrial, office, retail, healthcare, and tenant improvements. With this expansion, we’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee and manage all construction project phases, including the project team, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Ultimately ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule, and within budget.
What you’ll do:
- Project Management and Leadership:

- Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and industry best practices.
- Client and Stakeholder Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Financial Management:

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance.

What you need to succeed:
- Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

- 5 years of experience on commercial projects, specifically multi-level, multi-family structures.
