2025 Project Management Internship

2025 Project Management Intern :

This is a paid internship providing up to 40 hours which can begin May 13, 2025, and extend through August 15, 2025. This is a part-in office (Salt Lake City, Utah) and part remote position.

We are currently looking for a person who is an energetic self-starter to join our team as a Project Manager intern. In this position you will learn about, and be expected to contribute to, all aspects and participate in all duties of project management, to include creating project schedules, keeping project status up to date on Monday boards, tracking projects from start to finish ensuring on time completion, and overseeing asset approvals and media delivery.

Project Management Internship Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with internal teams on project timing and deliverables, making sure all parties have the proper tools and information to complete the project.
• Capture meeting action items and summarize next steps.
• Tracking project schedules to ensure on time delivery and alerting the account team of any roadblocks that come along.
• Keeping Monday project boards up to date
