Looking for a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our Bonneville Family and Behavioral Health team, to enhance the quality of patient management, maximize compliance, and patient success. Looking for someone who is passionate about helping others without judgment, working with those struggling with substance use disorders, detail oriented, problem solver, personable and can multitask. Hours starting at 5:45am Mon-Sat

Responsibilities:
*Customer Service-creating an amazing patient experience
* Patient scheduling
* Checking in patients for appointments, obtain current demographics and insurance information in 2 systems
* Answering phones & returning messages in a timely manner
* Keep professional and open lines of communication with providers, coworkers and patients.
* Insurance eligibility, collect copays and account balances
* Ensuring patient paperwork is up to date yearly
Requirements:

*Must be available for early morning hours and some Saturday mornings
Salary : $14 - $15
