Your Role:
As a Medical Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring patients have a seamless experience. We’re seeking someone who truly enjoys interacting with people and goes above and beyond to meet patient needs. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating patient care that is safe, timely, and patient-centered
- Scheduling appointments and managing communications with warmth and professionalism
- Handling prior authorizations and insurance-related tasks
- Collaborating with our provider team to ensure patient satisfaction and high-quality care
- Creating positive patient experiences through outstanding customer service

Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (No weekends!)
