Job Summary:
As a Houseman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the housekeeping team has everything they need to provide top-notch service. You’ll assist with maintaining cleanliness in key areas, handling linens, and ensuring guests enjoy a well-kept and inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining pools and hot tubs, including cleaning and general upkeep.
- Strip linens from guest rooms and prepare them for laundry.
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies to ensure efficiency.
- Help keep common areas and hallways clean and organized.
- Assist housekeeping staff with various tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the appropriate department.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to uphold resort standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
