The ideal candidate will have a track record of manging digital advertising products and a proven track record of growing digital marketing revenue by creating integrated solutions, developing client relationships and coaching account executives. They will develop and maintain strategies to ensure digital revenue grows across the market for the company.Note : Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.This position is primarily an on-site role that requires the employee to work a minimum of four days at our Phoenix site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.What You Will Do : Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to : Take full ownership of digital products and goals and develop strategies to improve sales year over yearCommunicate effectively to build and maintain successful internal and external relationships with sales managers, account executives, digital marketing team, buyers, planners and clientsDevelop targeted, customer-focused marketing solutions using multiple media productsTrain and coach Account Executive's on digital advertising tactics and productsWork with other Sales Managers to determine account executive's annual goalsMeasure, grow and exceed digital sales and market share goalsAnalyze and provide reports, market / competitive analysis and potential growth opportunitiesCoach a team of Digital Media Strategists to accompany each Account Executive's on sales calls to coach and support the digital sales effortAssist with recruiting and attracting top sales talent.Generate creative approaches for developing digital sales programs and tools to strengthen salesWork with the corporate digital team and other Bonneville markets to identify new potential digital marketing solutionsSkills and Experience We Are Looking For : Demonstrated knowledge of selling a full suite of digital solutions, including search, programmatic display, audio and video, social media, targeted (geo-fenced) ads, email marketing, etc.College degree in business, communications, sales, marketing, related field or equivalent is preferredA minimum of five years' successful digital sales experience, including two to three (2-3) years as an effective manager, directing the accomplishment of sales objectivesExcellent understanding of effectively pricing and managing inventorySkilled negotiator with ability to close and up-sell digital advertising solutionsProven history of achieving budgetsAbility to organize, analyze and interpret digital marketing data and draw conclusions from findingsPossess excellent technology, computer, oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skillsMaintain a valid driver license and clean driving record in a must Physical Demands Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and / or written communication effectively.Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers.Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination.Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion.Compensation $80,000-$150,000.
