Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to provide support and assistance to the Sales Managers, Account Executives and Account Managers. The Sales Operations Coordinator will manage the post-sale administrative work and work on activities and projects to help meet or exceed revenue goals in a manner that will reflect the highest professional standards while servicing Bonneville Seattle accounts in conformity with company policies and procedures. Ideal candidates will thrive in our fast-paced, deadline driven environment and maintain positive relationships with sales dept as well as clients and partners. Ideal candidates can view the Sales Operations Coordinator position as a potential path to Account Manager and or higher level account services within the organization.

- This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our Seattle site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.
What You Will Do:
Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Process and manage sales orders (order entry) and provide Wide Orbit administration.
- CRM administration; analyze activity and maintain database and interfaces with other sales systems (WO, boostr)
- Serve as the FCC sales contact for the cluster, ensuring all Political documentation is uploaded
- Assist with all National sales buys, working with the Manager of National Sales (orders, trafficking of spots through VCreative, airchecks, etc.)
- Provide training as needed as subject matter expert (Wide Orbit, CRM and other sales software) to ensure optimal utilization of all systems.
- Facilitate creating and pulling reports and associated documentation for Sales Team.
- Support Sales Managers in the following business areas:
- Oversee tracking of Endorsements, Revenue Reports (Block Programming/Traffic, etc.)
- Assist with Tapscan, research and PPM reports as needed
- Fulfill transactional business (remnant buys)
- Assist AEs and AMs in the following business areas:
- Oversee new account process working with Credit to onboard new clients
- Oversee WO setup for pulling/sending runtimes for clients
- Client invoicing
- Support on sales research, presentations, promotions, and campaign recaps as needed.
- Organizing documents and keeping them up to date; this includes media kits, sales collateral
- Attend weekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by management.
- Maintain working client relationships
- Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media.
- Build and maintain a relationship of trust with AEs and AMs through accurate order entry and consistent support.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills; Ability to work with moderate supervision, confidential information, handle multiple tasks under deadline pressure, and be a self-starter.
- Problem-solver - Capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments.
- Technology - Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook with a high level of proficiency with computers, software and new technologies. Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies.
- Ability to organize, analyze and interpret statistical data. Draw conclusions from findings and follow-through.
- Two (2) years of account service support/customer service in a professional setting, preferred.
- Experience with Wide Orbit and SalesForce, preferred.
- Previous broadcast ratings and research knowledge, preferred.
Physical Demands
- Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Compensation Range
$21.94 - $32.34 per hour. This spans multiple ranges for this role.
Salary/Hourly rate will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmarks.
