Looking for a temporary office position? Bonney Staffing has partnered with a local company who is well known providing professional and intentional care for clients and customers! This partnered company is seeking an eager candidate such as yourself to come and join them!

The Administrative Assistant job in Trenton, Maine is responsible for greeting customers, answering the phones, and maintaining inventory for the office as needed. Ideal applicants will have the ability to assist with proofreading, and communicating copy machine repair requests. In this role you may also monitor expenses, and provide clerical support as needed. This is a full time position.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications :

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Solid communication skills
  • Computer savvy with Word. Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Must be able to adhere to a professional setting
  • Ability to adhere to business casual dress code

Required Skills :

  • Comfortable working with computers
  • Impeccable professionalism
  • Ability to work use MS Office Suites
  • Administrative Assistant Details :

  • Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
  • Pay Rate : $18 / hr
  • Start Date : ASAP
