Building Maintenance Technician
Bonney Staffing is seeking a Building Maintenance professional for a local client!
Job Details :
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 / year
Benefits : 100% paid medical & dental
Responsibilities :
Travel between school locations as needed
Diagnose and repair building / system issues
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
Recommend parts / supplies for repairs
Enforce safety codes and standards
Be on-call for building alarms when required
Assist with custodial, grounds, and event setups
Technology & Communication :
Use School Dude systems for maintenance and scheduling
Monitor Building Automation Systems
Communicate via email, phone, text, and radio
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Maine Driver’s License
5 years of building maintenance experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Skills Needed :
HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Woodworking
Boiler Safety, Waste Water Treatment, Project Management
