The salary range for this position is between $60,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location, relevant skills, and years of experience.
Scope :
The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for driving the candidate experience and communication, primarily through innovative marketing automation technology. This work includes developing and managing email and SMS campaigns, crafting website chatbot workflows, and ensuring an easy application experience for all TalentLaunch portfolio brands. This role collaborates closely with the rest of the TalentLaunch Marketing Team, individual operating company leadership, and external technology partners to create engaging experiences that attract, nurture, and convert top-tier candidates.
Key Relationships :
Internal - TalentLaunch Corp Teams, Operating Company Presidents, and Staff
External - Industry Network Groups, vendors, and suppliers
Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Contributes to the power of potential in people by exemplifying the Redwood Tree Culture and embedding it throughout the organization.
- Develop and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns to engage candidates at all stages of the recruitment funnel.
- Build and optimize automated workflows using Bullhorn Automation to streamline the candidate experience and improve efficiency.
- Manage our website chatbot, alongside our technology vendor
- Oversee job boards and the application process to attract and convert candidates
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and TalentLaunch leadership to develop compelling content and messaging that aligns with our brand and target audience.
- Track and report on campaign ROI and contribute to overall marketing performance analysis.
- Adheres to and follows all company policies, organizational competencies, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Enthusiastically embraces and acts as a change agent to adopt new initiatives within the network
- Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director
