Compensation : $21 - $23 per hour
ASG Pharmacy is currently seeking State Registered Pharmacy Technicians (must be up to date) or registered Medical Assistants. These are REMOTE full time positions that will entail day time hours (PACIFIC TIME), M-F, 8.5 hr shifts! The Clinical Support Specialist is responsible for making a high volume of daily calls to patients to obtain medication history, document health screenings, conduct medication reviews, interpret prescription orders and enter data accurately and timely, scheduling appointments for patients, following up on medication refills, and maintaining record of correspondence - recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, as well as actions taken.
Requirements :
- Pharmacy Technician experience / license
- Medical Assistant experience / registration
- Excellent phone communication skills / able to make several phone calls per hour each day
- Experience with cold calling
- Ability to independently identify, research, resolve or escalate issues
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
