Responsibilities include :
- Providing day-to-day support to users
- Implementing client projects and deploying new technologies
- Developing new offerings, evaluating and refreshing existing ones
- Responding to security, backup, and other device alerts
- Collaborating with colleagues and owners to improve client experience
- Maintain daily documentation by entering time, expenses, and all work as service tickets in ConnectWise
