What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meat Cutter position at bonos bbq duval station?
Bonos Duval Station is looking for meat cutter. You will prep and smoke meat daily cut meat for orders in front of customers as they come in. Manage pit to ensure quality of meat cut for orders. Cutters are front and center right behind the bar. All customers can see you work. It is imperative you have the proper appearance and restaurant safe food habits.
Pay plus tips average out to $22 to $25 dollars per hour.
