Key Holder Role
We seek a highly motivated Key Holder for the high season at Bonpoint East Hampton. This role requires leadership skills, multitasking ability, and excellent customer service. As a Key Holder, you are eligible for commission in addition to your hourly rate.
Duties and Expectations
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues with a luxury approach
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Manage cash handling procedures, including register opening and closing
- Conduct regular audits for cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with the store manager to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Key Holder or similar role in retail
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Preferred: Luxury experience and childrenswear acquaintance
- Multi-language proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
